For a wig boutique or growing hair brand, custom wig packaging is easier to discuss when the product dimensions, artwork and order quantities are defined. A finished-looking reference picture is useful, but it is not a specification or proof that a supplier can produce every detail shown. This checklist helps you prepare an enquiry without assuming unconfirmed options.
Start with what the package must hold
Describe the wig or hairpiece, how it will be packed, and any inner sleeve, net or other items that must fit inside. State finished measurements rather than requesting a vague small or large bag. Closure space and the way the item is folded can affect usable capacity.
For the satin drawstring wig storage bag, confirm width, height and drawstring details for the selected order. Do not assume that a sample bag shown in a photograph will fit every wig. A hanging storage bag should be evaluated as a separate format, not just another colour of a drawstring bag.
Separate material, colour and branding decisions
Request fabric composition and care information; a satin finish does not by itself establish silk content. Supply a colour reference and ask how it will be matched for the requested material. Colour on a screen is not an agreed production standard.
Provide your logo artwork, proposed print area and position. Ask which branding methods are available for the selected material, whether artwork preparation or setup is required, and how a sample or proof would be approved. A supplier-listed customization option still needs confirmation for your quantity and configuration.
Make the quantity breakdown clear
- Total pieces and quantity for each size or colour.
- Plain and branded versions, if both are needed.
- Individual packing and any proposed outer cartons.
- Sample or artwork-proof requirements.
- Delivery country, postal code and preferred shipping route.
Ask whether minimum quantities apply separately to sizes, colours or print designs. Sample and setup charges, production time and freight should be clarified rather than inferred from a reference listing.
Distinguish storage packaging from shipping protection
A fabric storage bag is not automatically sufficient protection for international delivery. Discuss outer packaging based on the packed product and transport route. Do not label the bag waterproof, impact-resistant or suitable for all shipments without evidence for the actual configuration.
Confirm a written specification before ordering
Summarize the agreed measurements, material, colour, artwork, quantity, packaging and approval process. Keep the sample or proof tied to that version of the specification; changing the size or artwork later may change the quote and schedule.
Discuss a custom sourcing requirement or send your packaging brief to Duo. Availability and production methods are assessed individually; this guide does not guarantee that every requested design can be supplied.
