Privacy notice
We use enquiry information to respond to your business request.
This notice explains the information collected through this website’s quote form and how it is used for Duo China Sourcing’s B2B sourcing conversations.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, business email, WhatsApp number, business type, product interest, quantity, destination and requirement. To connect the request with how you found the site, the website stores first-touch and latest tracked source details in your browser and sends them with the form, including campaign parameters where present, landing page and referring page. You can clear this first-party browser storage through your browser settings. When website analytics is enabled, the analytics provider may also process website usage information under its own terms.
Why we use it
The quote form uses a short-lived first-party cookie to confirm a successful submission. This cookie is removed when the confirmation page opens or expires after ten minutes. Browser session storage also helps avoid counting the same confirmation more than once.
We use the information to review your request, contact you about it, organise follow-up and understand which website routes generate business enquiries. We do not use the form to display public customer information.
Where it is kept
Quote requests are stored in the private lead area of this website’s WordPress administration and can also be sent to the notification email configured for the site. Access is limited to people handling Duo’s enquiries.
Sharing and your choices
We do not sell quote-request information. If you want to ask what information is held for your enquiry, correct it or ask for it to be removed, contact Duo through the quote form and include the email address used in your request.
Updates to this notice
This notice may be updated as the website’s tools or enquiry process change. The current version is published on this page.
